When requested, in accordance with the terms of clauses in leases and provisions in contracts, the President of Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland will appoint a suitable third party resolver.
Such appointments are generally, but not always, made from the appropriate panel.
An appointment fee of €325 is payable in advance to the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and should be accompanied by the relevant application form and copy of certified lease/contract.
