Primary Degree in a Property related discipline with min 2 years experience in the industry. ? Good working knowledge of Landlord/Tenant and VAT Legislation, and commercial leases. ? Good working knowledge of commercial Property Valuations and current market trends. ? Strong negotiation skills and experience in lease/rent negotiation. ? PC literacy, Word, Excel etc. ?
