• Ensure pre agreed Cash Flow projections are maintained throughout Project life time.
• Develop and manage the Procurement Process.
• Preparation of internal and external Management Reports, including final Forecasts, Work in Progress Reports and Cash Flow monitoring for the Project, in accordance with the agreed timetable.
• Undertake cost planning and budgeting.
• Adopt, maintain and ensure compliance with Dandara Management System processes and documentation.
• Ensure Project Insurances / Works Contracts Insurances are in place and managed.
• Client Liaison – ensure relationships are developed and maintained between Dandara Limited and Client / Clients Team.
• Manage and mentor all staff within the Commercial Team, ensuring strengths are utilised and weaknesses are developed through structured training and evaluation.

Experience Skills required:
- Third level qualification or RICS
- Minimum 5 years experience with House Builder or Developer
