Additional Information: I have qualified from Dundalk Institute of Technology with a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Building Surveying in 2010. I have worked on a healthcare project, The South West Acute Hospital in Enniskillen Co. Fermanagh for the past year. This project is valued at £215,000,000 and is on course to be completed by May 2012. I worked as a Junior Quantity Surveyor for the external works on this project and have recently been made redundant. I would value the opportunity to work with a reputable company in Ireland or Northern Ireland to build on my experience.

On the above project I would have undertaking Cost analysis, Site measurements, Monthly valuations & payments, Material inspection, Variation analysis and filing documents. I have a reference from by previous employer FCCElliott which can be taken to any interview.

Before working on the healthcare project I started to work at House Maintenance and Gardening, this is still ongoing to date. While at college I applied for a Student Innovation Grant for my business and I was successful. I obtained a grant which purchased Public Liability Insurance and Equipment which I needed to continue my work.  Jobs which I covered included cleaning gutters, cutting grass and hedges, painting, power washing and cleaning windows.

I have my own transport with a clean licence; I recently completed first aid and defibrillator training.
