I have worked in the property industry for over ten years and hold a 2.1 Bsc (Hons) Degree in Urban Property Surveying (Estate Management) and Diploma in Auctioneering, Valuations and Estate Management..

Most recently I was employed with Erne Property Management (8 month contract) holding the position of Property Manager of a mix-use property portfolio. I was also employed with CB Richard Ellis (6 month contract) working within their Valuations Team, holding the position of Valuation Surveyor and working on Nama Valuations. Prior to CBRE I was with Thorntons Chartered Surveyors working in the Valuations Department dealing with commercial & residential valuations and rent reviews.

Over the first number of years of my career I gained experience working in  Auctioneering  & Estate Agency, which mainly involved the sale & letting of residential property, commercial sale & letting experience and rent reviews.
