•    Preparation of Valuations and Claims
•    Preparation of Budget and Cash flow Statement for Project.
•    Dealing with Subcontractor’s Claims and Valuation
•    Measurement Variation and application for Variation Claims
•    Preparation of Final Accounts
•    Preparation of cost Estimate and Rate build-up
•    Preparation of Materials Schedule and procurement of all Materials
•    Preparation of tender documents for subcontractors to submit quote for ongoing projects
•    Tendering for potential projects and preparation of tender reports
•    Dealing with Local suppliers and sub-contractors.
•    Preparation of progress report and other site report.
•    Attending site meetings with consultants and other sub-contractors
•    Periodic work force evaluation.
•    Report directly to the Managing Director
