I qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in June 2000.

Most recently I have worked with Colliers International, CBRE and Bardon & Co where I have worked on a mixture of NAMA and Red Book valuations and on rent reviews and submissions to Expert and Arbitrator.

I am currently self employed working primarily in professional services. Prior to this I worked for Bardon & Co., Boyle Commercial and IDA Property Division carrying out commercial and residential Valuations for all purposes together with rent reviews, submissions to Expert / Arbitrator, Rating and some agency work.

I am available for work immediately. I am keen and adaptable with very good computer and
communication skills. In addition, I have recently completed an ECDL from the ICS in computers.
