I qualified in 1999 with a diploma (Upper Merit) in Auctioneering, Valuation & Estate Agency from Bolton Street DIT
and then went onto Oxford Brookes University where I qualified in 2000 with an honours degree in Real Estate
Management. Following this I started working for Smith Auctioneers in Galway in September 2000 where I spent 4
Years working in all areas of general practise from Residential Sales & valuations to Commercial Sales, Lettings,
valuations, Rent Reviews & Property Management.

From there I went on to work for Rooney Auctioneers & Chartered Surveyors for nearly 4 years until September 2008
and while there I looked after all aspects of the Commercial department. Following my APC assessment in September 
2008, I qualified in October last as a Chartered Surveyor.

I have a vast knowledge of the commercial Sector and hope to do some work in this line as a sole trader.
