•    Preparation of Cost Estimates / Developers Budgets
•    Preparation of tender documentation (Bills of Quantities)
•    Attending site meetings with consultants and Employer Representatives

• Tendering and estimating for a wide range of Public & Private Sector Projects
• Measurement and re-measurement of various Live Projects
• Obtaining Sub Contractor Tenders by selective tendering
• Dealing with local Suppliers and Sub-Contractors
