The Opportunity

Reports To: Director of Practice and Policy
Term: Full Time & Permanent
Hours: Normal hours of work will be Monday – Friday, 9 am till 5.30 pm
Location: 38 Merrion Square, Dublin 2[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build professional relationships with members to understand their key business priorities and utilise this knowledge to support the development of a work programme to enhance member engagement and recruitment strategies
  • Provide prompt and professional advice and guidance to SCSI members on practice & technical queries, including liaison with relevant committees
  • Monitor regulatory changes impacting members and support the development of guidance
  • Provide support to the policy and research department during the development of policy positions and research / reports
  • Support the delivery and administration of services through our membership benefits, education, and events departments
  • Contribute relevant updates to member communications
  • Dealing with member day-to-day practice queries
  • Administration of member data including CRM, survey design and analysis etc
  • Day to Day office administration, data entry as required.
  • Other ad hoc duties, as assigned

Requirements:

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text el_class=”customBullets”] Relevant qualification in a similar field
Strong working knowledge of property, land and construction
Strong oral and written communications skills
Good self-management and organisational skills
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Experience using Excel (PowerPoint, Outlook and Word)
Experience in a customer focussed environment, preferably in a membership organisation
Experience in the construction, land and property sectors desirable, but not essential[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
