Property and Construction Surveys

The Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland has the aim of becoming the leading professional organisation for information, opinion and data on the Irish construction, land and property sectors. Our members help us achieve that aim through quarterly surveys of their practice areas. The SCSI Market Reports are made available to the public, the profession and policy-makers.  

The Society is working with RICS to improve how we survey our members and how we publish data on the Irish property and construction sectors.

This means changing our survey timetable and methodology so that the information we gather from our members can be published internationally.
