Are you prepared for the new Energy Efficiency targets in our Build Environment?
There is a global shift in mindset and practice to move towards sustainability, energy efficiency and to improve general wellbeing in our buildings as well as our homes and workplaces. EU legislation now requires all new, public buildings to comply with Nearly Zero Energy Buildings (NZEB) standards by 2020 and this CPD event will highlight how we can all play our part in reducing our carbon footprint. The session will cover new green lease clauses, currently used, which act as a catalyst for change to a more sustainable delivery of services.

They will also look at practical examples in the context of existing NZEB compliant buildings.
The session will be chaired by Eamonn Maguire, Maguire Chartered Surveyors and attended by Marion Jammet, Irish Green Building Council who will moderate a Q&A to conclude the session.
