This CPD will cover a recent report by SCSI on the real costs of delivering apartments to the market. The report analyses over 2000 apartments which is broken down into three categories, low to medium density, both in urban and suburban locations.
The most interesting aspect of this CPD and report will be on the elemental breakdown of costs in delivery new units to the market and the ‘What if’ analysis that shows the costs reductions across a number of cost inputs.
Pitched at awareness level, this session will be of particular interest to estate agents, planning surveyors, quantity surveyors, valuations surveyors and those impacted by the shortage of new housing stock to the market.
