    Is Secretary General and Past President of the Association of European Experts in Building and Construction. He is a Chartered Surveyor and former Chairman of SCSI Building Surveying Division and current chairman of the NSAI Construction Standards Consultative Committee overseeing the Construction Sector Standards Program 2018 – 2022. He is past Chairman of ICE (RoI). He is a member of the Architects Registration Board, the Construction Industry Registration (CIRI) Board and a former member of the Building Surveyors Registration Board and represented SCSI on the BCAR Code of Practice for Inspection and Certification of Buildings and the Ancillary Certificates and Practice Guidance support notes.
