FINANCIAL STATEMENTS - Reading, interpreting and analysing financial statements: fundamentals of accrual accounting, financial analysis tools - common size statements and financial ratios
CORPORATE FINANCE - Understanding the fundamentals of corporate finance: funding tools - debt and equity), time value of money and project appraisal tools: payback period, Net Present Value (NPV) analysis and Internal Rate of Return (IRR)
COSTING - Cost analysis - understanding cost behaviour, calculating breakeven point, contribution analysis and maximising operating profit using costing tools.
Caroline Kirrane has over a decade of experience working in financial markets. She has an undergraduate degree in European Business and French from Dublin City University. She also holds a first class Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Trinity College Dublin and is a CFA Charterholder.
