We are looking for a competent, flexible Building Manager to join the team and support our Property Managers in servicing 7/8 Wilton Terrace.


 


Your duties will include cover in the following areas:


  • Front of house duties; maintain excellent level of client and customer service

  • Tenant liaison; first point of contact for all client issues, maintain best interests of the client in the building

  • Inspections; inspect common areas in the building on a daily basis to ensure all mech and elec are operating as required

  • ISO Procedures and Health & Safety Standards

  • Communication; a high level of communication is required with JLL Property Managers to ensure the client is serviced appropriately at all times

  • Managing service contracts; liaise with contractors on day to day issues and ensure all contracts are in place

  • Maintenance and monitoring of all mechanical and electrical equipment

  • Maintenance; coordination of repairs and general maintenance works

  • Security; oversee security within the building

  • Reporting; report on gas, electrics, water data as necessary to the client and JLL

  • Insurance; correlate all documentation for JLL and coordinate inspections

  • Special projects; there may be service delivery related projects from time to time which you will be involved in

 


You will have previous experience in a similar role, a high level of initiative and flexibility, and excellent communication skills.
