Senior Surveyor, Asset Services

Cushman & Wakefield are currently recruiting for a Senior Surveyor to join the Asset Services team. This role will involve the set up and initial management of new Residential and Mixed-use instructions within an ever-expanding Asset Services department.

More information on the responsibilities, skills & experience are outlined below:

Main responsibilities:

  • Representation at Design Meetings

  • Client liaison

  • Service charge budget preparation

  • Phasing of Handovers 

  • Insurance procurement

  • Site mobilisation

  • Initial procurement of services and service providers

  • Planning Preventative maintenance set-up

  • Health & Safety Management

  • Tenant Handbook preparation

  • Documentation procurement

  • On-site staff recruitment & management

Qualifications, skills & experience:

  • Five years’ experience in the property management/project management sector.
    •   Be in possession:
      • of a PSRA license or meet licensing criteria as outlined by the Property Services Regulatory Authority, Or

      • Have the qualifications to qualify for a PSRA license.

  • Working knowledge of the management requirements of both occupiers and owners.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to report in a clear and confident manner

  • Excellent organisation and planning skills.

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office and

  • Experience working with bespoke property management systems, e.g. Yardi, QUBE and BlockMan.

  • Ability to work on own initiative and to meet strict deadlines.
