An elemental analysis of the construction costs for an 'average 3-bed house' in Dublin was carried out by the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland in early 2016 using data collated from 10 development sites.

The contributory cost elements in the construction of this average house can be seen entered as default values in the calculator below - however, you may vary the input fields on the soft costs as you desire to calculate the effect these will have on the overall cost of delivering housing.
