About the Group
The purpose of the Geomatics Surveyors Professional Group is to:
define and seek to maintain high standards of practice and competence in the practice of Geomatics surveying
recommend routes to attaining professional competence;
publish the requirements for competency in Geomatics surveying, including any necessary qualification or experience, once approved by the Standing Committee on Education;
provide and promote training and development opportunities, and publishing information relevant to Geomatics surveying;
take action with regards to and be responsible for matters which affect solely the Geomatics Surveying Professional Group.
We look forward to hearing from and working with members in the Commercial Agency Professional Group and from members of other professional groups.
