In order to become a Chartered Surveyor, you must have an accredited qualification and then undertake the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) a structured period of on the job training and assessment.
The Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland accredits courses in the Republic of Ireland for the purpose of enrolling on to the APC. These are also recognised by the worldwide professional body, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
